"The iPhone 4S, topped sales of 4 million in its first three days since its release Friday...is a new record for a mobile phone, according to the company."
This doesn't sound as surprising as it would be for me. The iPhone 4S was available to pre-order since October 7th, and the actual release date was October 14th. It was October 8th that I saw the new from TV and it said like AT&T had received more than 200,000 orders for the Apple iPhone 4S. Everyone is crazy about this brand new phone by Apple.
"A lot of people would like to have the device," said Will Stofega, a mobile-device analyst at tech research company IDC.This is really true, it's really useful as a smart phone should be. As well since it's the newest one, people would always want it. The iOS(Operation system[OS] of i Phone/i Pod Touch) and Android (OS created by Google, used in lots of smart phones, like HTC/Sony Ericsson/Sam sung, etc. are always been competitive. If you go on forum about technologies stuff, you might sometimes see people that's from the two side always arguing about the two systems. You might also see terms like "iFanboy," "iSlave," and these nicks are probably created because android people thinks people that uses iPhone does not actually know how to make the best use of a smart phone. The hardware of iPhone is not as good as some other phones made by HTC or Sam sung. However these iPhone owners always think of iPhone as the best smart phone that would be made ever in this world, they believe in iPhone will always lead the market and it's better than any other phone. But in my view, Apple makes the iPhone so easy to use so that people who uses it could able to be easily benefited. Unlike Android, you have to do tons of work to make your phone special, and really great to use. That makes you have to really know technology and know about your phone, most important thing is that you have to do researches on your phone.
"The tech press was looking for something new, and this was an evolution rather than a revolution," Greengart said. For consumers, he added, "This is an awfully nice evolution."I believe a lot of people would think the Apple was going to release an iPhone 5 instead of this iPhone 4s. It was pretty disappointing that this new iPhone isn't that much as a "revolution." By this meaning, the Apple has always been having so much great ideas and every time they release a new phone, they surprise us and that is what made apple. The new iPhone 4s isn't that much a differences compare to the iPhone 4. Only an upgraded CPU and camera, and an add-on Siri. That disappointed pretty much a smart phone needed user. They should've upgraded the RAM as well because it wouldn't be really "laggy" and runs smoother.
